Aissata Goungounga is an experienced executive holding a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, with over 18 years of experience in administrative governance, organizational structuring, and strategic project leadership in West Africa.
In 2011, she served as Administrator and Manager for Pamicor in Burkina Faso and Guinea, where she led missions of high strategic value covering governance, regulatory compliance, administrative organization, and operational supervision. In this capacity, she oversaw the establishment and operationalization of the Pamicor office in Guinea, managing the process from initial compliance to the complete structuring of activities.
Recognized for her thoroughness, command of procedures, and ability to manage high-stakes projects, Mrs. Aissata Goungounga played a pivotal role in obtaining the “Teras 3” mining permit in Niger. This demonstrated her proven ability to lead complex processes, engage with competent authorities, and adhere to institutional and regulatory requirements.
Furthermore, she has contributed to several large-scale projects in Burkina Faso, bringing significant added value in terms of governance, human resources management, strategic coordination, and organizational support.
